ACA- Declaration responsible for navigation and flotation by rivers and reservoirs

Panoramic view of the Siurana swampThe Catalan Water Agency (ACA) has published the service ACA_Declaration responsible for navigation and floating in rivers and reservoirs.

The activities subject to the legal regime of the responsible statement are:

  • The navigation of individuals, or of sports clubs, companies or federations in rivers, lakes or reservoirs, with one or more boats (rowing, sailing and motor).
  • The holding of sporting events or other recreational and sporadic sailing activities.
