Clearer, simpler and more agile procedures for the First Reception Service in Catalonia 2018

We would like to inform you that we have carried out several changes that aim to simplify the procedures related to the First Aid Service in Catalonia.

The procedure for sending the application for affiliation to the First Reception Service includes the identification data of the user, as well as the year of arrival in the municipality, the place of origin or if you are an applicant for international protection. As a novelty, we emphasize that it is not necessary to attach the original application signed by the user nor the identity document.

With regard to the Reception Certificate Proposal procedure, it is completely renewed and from now on the training or knowledge accredited by the user will be communicated with a new form.

In short, the procedures of the First Reception Service are simplified and optimized as much as possible in order to save the time and data necessary to carry them out and to be able to issue the Reception Certificate in a more agile way.
