The object of the grants can be the following actions:

  1. The implementation, with own or external staff, of an environmental management system in accordance with the Regulation (EC) no. 1221/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009 (hereinafter, EMAS Regulation), and the subsequent verification carried out by an accredited environmental verifier, in establishments located within the territory of Catalonia.
  2. Renewal of the EMAS registration, in accordance with Article 6.1 of the EMAS Regulation.

Eligible actions must have been verified or certified from the day following the closing date for the deadline for submitting applications for the previous call until the day on which the deadline for submitting applications for the current call ends. .
