Specific support service e-SET

The AOC makes available to that have completed the deployment of the e-SET model a specific support service to answer any request, question or suggestion related to the e-SET working method, such as:

  • Doubts on how to classify a file
  • Doubts about the use of documentary typologies
  • Queries related to the service user manuals
  • Inquiries or doubts about administrative procedure related to the management of the files

In the case of the councils of the Barcelona region, this support service for the e-SET methodology is offered only to those councils that have completed the deployment of the e-SET methodology, either with or without a file manager, and which They are NOT part of the SeTDIBA service promoted by the Diputació de Barcelona. The municipalities that use the SeTDIBA services with the e-SET methodology implemented, have specific support services. The contact address is setdiba@diba.cat

This support service is not intended to report possible incidents related to integrated and operating market software on the e-SET method (eCityClic Annex (SEMIC), SIMPLIFIED e-Administration Platform of ABSIS Berger-Levrault and Genesys of Audifilm).
