There is currently an issue affecting the downloading of personal certificates in software with browsers Google Chrome i Microsoft Edge (browser that includes the Windows 10 operating system and should not be confused with the Explorer browser).

In case you try to download with any of these browsers you will see a message recommending the use ofInternet Explorer to perform the operation correctly.
