SCT report request for exceptional track uses

The Catalan Traffic Service (SCT), within the process of administrative processing of a request for sports activity or exceptional use of the road, must request a report from the affected road owners. Likewise, the SCT may consider it relevant that other public bodies, not road owners, are aware of the holding of the event and may report, if they deem it appropriate, on the impact that this activity may have on the territory, in relation to road safety, traffic flow or other aspects.
