On December 11 the Espai Bital will host the ceremony of delivery of the fourth edition of the Alfons Ortuño Awards for innovation and best practices in the Catalan public administrations, organized by the School of Public Administration of Catalonia (EAPC). The event will be attended by the Minister of Digital Policies and Public Administration, jordi puigneró.
The Awards, created by the School in 2012, have a biennial periodicity and honor the memory and career of service in the country of Alfons Ortuño Salazar (Orihuela, 1948 - Barcelona, 2004) who was an example of public servant in the Department of 'Economy and Finance -where he created the structure and foundations of the finances of the Generalitat de Catalunya- and a member of the Audit Office in the last stage of his life.
In the fourth edition, twenty-one nominations have been submitted by various departments of the Generalitat de Catalunya, supramunicipal entities and local entities from various points in Catalonia. In particular, it must in the category 'Transparency, good governance and quality', five in the category'Development of teams and people', four in the category'Organization, processes and economic management'and two in the category'Finalist services'.
Access to the event is open to anyone but registration must be made through it registration form for the Alfons Ortuño Awards ceremony.
The EAPC provides a shuttle service to and from the event.
