Strategic lines of the Hestia 2018 service

Hèstia incorporates new inquiries from Via Oberta
The following actions and improvements to the service have been agreed in the Strategic Monitoring Committee for the 2018 Hestia service:
- Adjustments to the 2017 RUDEL reports
- Improvements to the Agenda module
- Audit of the National Security Scheme
- LOPD audit, adaptation to the new European regulation
- Hestia service online course
- Document management: documents generated by Hestia and other scanned documents will be saved
- Integration with third parties: the providers will be able to integrate into their applications the data of the person's sheets of the Hestia
- Performance and security improvements:
- Deployment of the Heast in the cloud with extension of technological resources
- Historification of the data
- Hestia Client Renew: Update to Windows 7 or later (Microsoft has not supported Windows XP since April 8, 2014). The .NET client upgrade will also be required
- Improved immigration / citizenship module to justify the resources of the European Social Fund
- Pilot Social History Shared between ABSS using Hestia
- Incorporation of new queries for the VIA OPEN service (AEAT and INSS services) through the Hestia
