Economic justification of the Contract Program of the Department of Labor, Social Affairs and Families

The Department of Labor, Social Affairs and Families (DTSF), for the proper implementation of the Program Contract, annually signs addenda with local bodies, which specify the services / programs that each local body must develop in its territory, as well as the amounts that the parties must contribute for the correct development of these services / programs.

At the end of the year, each local entity must make an economic justification of all the actions framed in the Program Contract and those of the Social SAD (with the exception of the Dependency SAD which will be done a posteriori), for this reason this procedure is opened throughEACAT.

The data to be collected always refer to the period between 1 January and 31 December of the year prior to the time of collection. With the exception of the justification of the Social Emergency Aid on Energy Poverty, which includes the period 2016 and 2017.

The deadline for submission of justification ends on February 28, 2018.
