AOC Support advances towards a digital support and training model: 2025 review
After a few months of activity higher than last year, theEACAT has reached a record in October: more than 125 thousand transactions, 82,87% more than in September. Among others, the creators of this push have been the Department of Territory and Sustainability with almost 8 thousand notifications, the Catalan Water Agency, 4.559 and, finally, the Diputació de Barcelona, more than 3 thousand. On the other hand, the most used delivery was the communication of cream to the rural agents (27.634 in total) that used 843 local bodies: 825 city councils, 14 decentralized municipal entities and four county councils.
For its part, thee-TRAM It has also increased its activity by 55% compared to September with 33.864 procedures, the highest figure to date. It should be noted the good pace of the service: if in 2017 it closed with 180 thousand procedures, in October this year it already has 250 thousand. The generic instance has involved 90% of the procedures.
Another service that has also reached the top is:e. FACT, which this month has reached almost 330 managed bills. In fact, they only lack 200 bills to exceed last year's total. The Institut Català de la Salut has received 11% of the bills, while all the councils have received 6% of the total.
Finally, the service e-NOTUM has broken all records: an all-time high (in particular, 244.609 notifications) and a cumulative of 2 million notifications, doubling the total for 2017. The ones that have notified the most were the Tax Management Body of the Barcelona Provincial Council (34%), Generalitat de Catalunya (27%) and Barcelona City Council (6%).
