AOC Support advances towards a digital support and training model: 2025 review

We start the year 2018 with good prospects for many of the services of the AOC Consortium. And the fact that the service proves it e-NOTUM has reached its absolute record with almost 147 thousand procedures carried out. Among the most active bodies are the Tax Management Body and the Generalitat, which have distributed 61% of the notifications. Next we find the city councils of Barcelona (almost nine thousand) and Girona (more than three thousand).
Another service that is on track is that of inter-administrative procedures (EACAT), which exceeded 81 thousand, almost twice as much as in January last year. Among the entities that sent the most submissions are the Barcelona Provincial Council, the Department of Labor, Social Affairs and Families and the Catalan Water Agency.
It has also been a good month for Via Abierta which has added up to nearly three million exchanges. Taking into account this result, the total for January 2017 has been exceeded by more than one million. The most consulted service is still rent (16% of the total), followed closely by the municipal register of inhabitants and the road email address (14% both). The purpose of most consultations has been for the award of grants, subsidies and scholarships (38%).
As to the e-TRAM, never before had 16 thousand procedures been carried out in a month of January (88% of which correspond to the generic instance). The entities that have used e-TRAM the most have been the town councils of Roses, Palafrugell and La Roca del Vallès.
Although he has not reached any record, he has also had a good entry e.FACT, which has exceeded by 51 thousand the invoices managed in January last year. By type of entity, the most active have been the municipalities with 40% of the bills; the Catalan Institute of Health is the body that receives the most electronic invoices (33.790).
This month all the services of the AOC Consortium have enjoyed an optimal level of availability, with an average of 99,72%.
