Last week, the new version of Hèstia was launched, which incorporates a document management solution. This option allows professionals to save documents within the Host, related to a Personal File or a specific file. Likewise, it also allows to make authentic copies of documents, since Law 39/2015 so provides in its article 27.1 “through automated administrative action” and article 42 of Law 40/2015 determines that automated administrative action it can be electronically signed by an electronic stamp, as is the case. This option is especially useful for archiving in our electronic file, for example, the consent to use the personal data of citizens who address our basic social services, among others.
In addition to the document manager, this new version of the Hestia has incorporated other improvements that will facilitate the daily work of professionals, such as:
- Search for the home address from the general search engine
- View the status of the person in a file (active or inactive) from the traceability
- Classify the procedures by subsector
- Create an appointment in the diary from the file for more than one of its members
- Make inquiries at the Register by specifying only the field of document DNI / NIE / Passport, without specifying municipality
- Some new listings have been added to the Memoirs section, such as the "People with Dependency" section in the SAD section
- From the Claims, Issues and Resources tabs, a new grid has been added that allows you to see all those affected or beneficiaries without entering the content
