Laptop icon with a padlock on the screen On Monday 17/12/2018, from 15 pm to 20 pm, a technical intervention will be carried out to improve the performance of the eFACT platform.

This intervention will affect the “Mailbox of the sender” and also the “Portal of the receiver”, however, the system will keep open the FTP channel that allows to receive invoices. Once this technical shutdown has ended, eFACT will process all invoices that have entered the service during this intervention.
