Elections 21D: if you live abroad, request a postal vote with idCAT

People who live abroad and want to vote in the elections to the Parliament of Catalonia 2017 to be held on December 21 can apply for vote by mail with the certificate idCAT or by contacting Spanish embassies or consulates.

To apply, go to the page "Request for a vote from CERA voters”, identify yourself with the certificate idCAT and follow the instructions.

Requirements for voting from abroad
You must be registered at Electoral Census of Absent Residents (CERA) and the Register of Spaniards Residing Abroad (PERE)

The deadline for requesting the vote by mail from abroad ends on November 22, 2017.
