Service for requesting members of the local police or municipal police recruiting courts

The Institute of Public Security of Catalonia (ISPC) designates the people (head and alternates) who must representar as members of the opposition courts and so that they participate in the functions of these courts for access to all categories of local police and municipal guards.

The Regulation on access, promotion and mobility of local police forces establishes that one third of the members of the opposition courts must be made up of personnel from the Department of the Interior and, at least, one person in representaof the ISPC (art.8.c) of the Decree 233/2002, of 25 September).

The EACAT has a separate service to request the representants of the General Directorate of Security Administration in the same courts.
