El next February 01st a new version will be deployed in the productive environment of the e.FACT service that will include two new functionalities necessary to adapt to the obligations established in the General Invoice Points (PGE):
- Incorporation of new validations in the PGE of the e.FACT service to comply with the requirements required of the PGE as established by theOrder HAP / 1650/2015, of 31 July, amending Order HAP / 492/2014, of 27 March, which regulates the functional and technical requirements of the accounting register of invoices of the entities of the scope of application of Law 25/2013, of 27 December, on the promotion of electronic invoicing and the creation of the accounting register of invoices in the public sector, and Order HAP / 1074/2014, of 24 December June, which regulates the technical and functional conditions that must meet the general point of entry of electronic invoices. - Incorporation of new states in the PGE of the e.FACT service to comply with the requirements required of the PGE as established by the Resolution of 10 October 2014, of the Secretary of State for Public Administrations and of the Secretary of State for Budgets and Expenditure, establishing the standard technical conditions for the general entry point for electronic invoices. As a result of these modifications, the different service manuals have also been updated, both the integration manuals and the end-user manuals, with the aim of the public administrations receiving invoices adapting their information systems. to the new legal and technical requirements arising from these improvements. If you are using the e.FACT service receiver portal, these changes have already been implemented automatically. In all other cases, we recommend that you contact your suppliers for this purpose.
