After a few months of work the Seu-e portal and Transparència is renewed with news and solutions to improve in aspects of management, editing or consultation. Specifically in this new version you will find the following improvements:
- Implementation of a dashboard for publishers of the portal that facilitates the control and management of the items and their degree of updating.
- Implementation of solutions in relation to the Register of Stakeholders (RGI):
- Automatic link to the item "Code of conduct of stakeholders" directly on the code of conduct of the Department of Justice.
- New version of the “institutional agenda of senior officials” form.
- Entities that are not users of e-mail and transparència They will also have the possibility of accessing their own, non-public space (with necessary authentication) to be able to manage the relationship with their Interest Groups.
- Improvements in accessibility to reach level AA.
- Changes to metadata:
- Incorporation of new metadata (Law 19/2013, ITA 2017, Infoparticipa 2017).
- Possibility of disabling metadata.
- Improvements in the dropdown menu to edit the different ones customer service channels.
- Incorporation of partial downloads for some datasets (example in "budget").
- Improvements with the incorporation of graphics to the items of “tax rates”, “Budgets and settlements”, “effective cost of services” and “debt”.
- Improving the datasets management.
Fixes and changes to some items:
- Name changes in some items as a result of the revision by the Working Group of Standard Documents.
- Correction of various spelling mistakes.
- Correction of the categorization of the QdCD in some items.
- Change in the source of information and correction of broken links in an item
Creating new items:
- Institutional agenda of senior officials.
- List of gifts to senior officials.
- List of invitations to senior officials.
- Regulatory Annual Plan.
Main improvements of the e-Office:
- The editing of services and procedures in the SEU-e has been improved
- The loading speed of the portal pages has been optimized
- The "Legal notice" section of the portal has been improved and detailed
Deployment tasks will be performed next October 18 from 15pm to 18pm, a technical shutdown will occur during this window.
