New features in the Seu 2.0 service and Transparència: improvements in the implementation of the item “institutional agenda of senior officials”

The new version of the item “Institutional Agenda of Senior Officials” allows reporting to the Portal Transparència the activity of events and meetings of high-ranking institutional officials and with interest groups.

In new version of the Seu 2.0 portal and Transparència (see detail in previous post) a series of developments have been implemented in order to better respond to the publication needs of both the institutional agenda of senior officials, as well as their list of gifts or invitations (which we will discuss in a future blog entry).

Focusing on the item "Institutional agenda of senior officials" the new form model allows to include the meetings and other acts, automating the search on the Register of Stakeholders of Catalonia (with origin Department of Justice), and also facilitating the edition of the set of high positions of the entity , by searching the database of elected officials.
