Request of opinions to the Legal Advisory Commission

With the publication of this service, the request for an opinion from the Legal Advisory Committee (CJA) will be made only throughEACAT.

This service is addressed to all the departments of the Generalitat de Catalunya in order to request both the opinions of the department and those of its autonomous bodies and other related bodies.

The CJA will also respond through this service with the issuance of the opinion. If necessary, the documentation requirements that the CJA may need, the department's response and the resolutions to extend the deadline for issuing the opinion will also be processed.
