Exchange of records with non-Catalan public administrations (SIR)

The AOC Consortium will soon launch a new service in EACAT called "Exchange of records with non-Catalan public administrations (SIR) ”, which aims to register the telematic communications that have their origin or destination in non-Catalan public administrations.

This new tool will facilitate and streamline communications between Catalan and non-Catalan administrations and complement the services offered by the platform. EACAT.

The tool will have a manual of operation, that will allow to know the functionalities of the same and that will be made available to the users through the support portal of the service EACATAs with other services, queries/incidents in this regard will be addressed at the User Service Center (CAU).

We will inform you soon of its launch.
