From the AOC Consortium we start a new service at EACAT called "Exchange of records with non-Catalan public administrations (SIR)", whose purpose is the register of telematic communications that have their origin or destination in non-Catalan public administrations.
This new service will facilitate and streamline communications between Catalan and non-Catalan administrations and complement the services offered by the EACAT platform.
According to the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations, EACAT members will be activating, we will be communicating to you individually so that you can begin issuing and managing the registry settlements with the non-Catalan administrations. In the meantime the button (grayed out) will not be activated to download the consignment if you access it.
You will also need to have your manager give you permissions to view the record beforehand to the users who will access it.
