AOC activity report (March 2017): One month e-NOTUM

New e-FACT service notices
Yes. The e-NOTUM service knocks on the door. And very strong. Since the beginning of the year it has been moving between very high figures and this March it has managed to reach its all-time high. It has exceeded 81 notifications and already has a total of 183.022, which is already 42% of last year's total. As usual, the body that has reported the most is the Generalitat de Catalunya, in particular the Catalan Traffic Service (17.173), followed by the Department of the Vice-Presidency and the Economy and Finance (6.018) and the Department of Business and Occupation (1.974). The municipalities that have reported the most have been Barcelona and Girona.
As has happened in recent months, the e-TRAM has also been productive: it has set a new record with more than 13 transactions. It is also necessary to make a comparison with last year because at this time of year it is already 56% of the total of 2016. As usual, the "Generic instance" is still the most used procedure (86%) followed by far by "Complaints, Suggestions and Proposals" (3,6%) and the "Current Registration Flyer" (1,8%).
For its part, e.FACT has also been on an upward trend since the beginning of the year: almost 250 invoices have been managed in March. As every month, the most active body is the Catalan Institute of Health, with 14,6% of the bills managed.
This month all the services of the AOC Consortium have an optimum level of availability, with an average above 99%.
