The new version of eNOTUM covers the requirements of law 39/2015. In the EACAT environment, the following changes have been made:
- A marker has been added to indicate that the notification is complementary to the paper one. This case is that of the citizen who has chosen to be notified on paper. However, the administration must make this notification available to the public at the entity's electronic headquarters.
- In the advanced search, the search for complementary notifications has been added (remember that the preferred channel chosen by the citizen, in this case, is the paper one).
- In this new version you can enter the email address and mobile phone number.
In the citizen environment, it has developed:
- When the administration files a supplementary notification to the paper notification in the electronic office, and the citizen accesses, eNOTUM asks the citizen if he wants to change the notification channel for that procedure. In the event that the citizen indicates that he wants to change channels, eNOTUM asks for his e-mail and / or his mobile phone to be notified in the next electronic notification. If you choose not to change channels, the paper remains the preferred notification channel.
