The Digital Governance Congress is the leading debate forum in Catalonia in the field of digital administration. This particular edition, focused on the local level, aims to emphasize all those projects and initiatives at the local level that seek a digital transformation of the dynamics, processes and ways of working of the entities closest to the citizenry, with the aim of responding to the new challenges that we face, arising from the true social, economic and cultural revolution of digital society.
In this sense, the program will focus on these areas, focusing on the results of the projects and services:
- Generation of savings, simplification and wealth
- Innovation in new disruptive public services
- Design of citizen-centered services
- Assessment of the impact on society
- Trust generation and transparència
