The AOC wants to promote the self-management of ABSS in the administration tasks of theHèstia in order to improve autonomy, efficiency and response time. In this sense, from Monday, April 3, we will make available to the ABSS a set ofmanagement tools and administration within theHèstia which will allow them to solve the day-to-day functional needs of their teams. Some of these utilities are already available, but new ones are also being incorporated:
- change the password for startup professionals
- modify the permissions of professionals (profile, equipment, schedules,…)
- transfer actions, demands, problems, resources and procedures between files
- transfer files between different teams and sectors
- delete personal tokens
- eliminate actions, demands, problems, resources and formalities
- reactivate people in a successful state (also available to all technicians)
- disassociate people from a file
- manage your own procedures
From day 3, the responsibility for these tasks will be with each ABSS and the AOC will no longer handle requests that refer to these issues. The rest of the requests for support in daily management (initial registration of professionals in the system) Hèstia, merging of repeated files and files, massive transfer of files and files from one professional to another,...) will continue to be handled as usual.
All users with a coordinator profile will have these tools by default and, in cases indicated to us by coordination, they will also be extended to the technicians who identify us, through a specific request for the support float of theHèstia.
These tools are very easy to use and will soon have a list of linked frequently asked questions to use. It is necessary to consider that certain results of the use of these tools are irreversible (deletion of personal files, actions, demands, problems and resources) and that is why it is considered optimal that those who really know the need use them.
