How could we go from sending 90% of paper notifications to mostly electronic notifications?
This is the challenge that the AOC has activated with the aim of collecting ideas and new perspectives on the concept of notifications and which is already entering the final part of the idea collection phase.
The ideas
We have already collected 13 ideas and some of them have already made the necessary investment to move on to the next phase. Currently, the ones with the most investment are the following:

The challenge
Currently, only the city councils of Catalonia spend more than 90 million euros each year on notifications and communications by mail. We believe that we can generate a saving of 80%, about 72 million euros, if the administrations effectively and intelligently apply the obligations provided for in Law 39/2015.
