We inform you that due to technical maintenance the serviceeNOTUM will not be available on the citizen portal, in the public employee management environment (EACAT) and also not through web services in the following intervals:

 

  1. Between 00:00 hours of the day 19/08/2017 and 23:59 hours of the day 20/08/2017.
  2. Between 18:00 hours of the day 25/08/2017 and 07:00 hours of the day 28/08/2017.

We suggest that, in advance of your time and in the course of affecting you, notify this technical halt to your corporate website in a similar manner.

At the citizen level, fifteen days before the first stop, a window with a message will automatically appear when accessing any page of theeNOTUM, which once closed by the user will not appear again. We will also incorporate this same message in the same way in the public employee environment (EACAT).

It is also informed that electronic notifications that cannot be accessed by the citizen, will extend its term of access in function of the programmed stop, so that the affected notifications:

  1. Between 00:00 hours of the day 19/08/2017 and 23:59 hours of the day 20/08/2017.
  • All notifications that cannot be accessed during this stoppage will be extended by a further 2 days
  1. Between 18:00 hours of the day 25/08/2017 and 07:00 hours of the day 28/08/2017.
  • All notifications that cannot be accessed during this stop, their access time will be extended by 4 days (from 25 to 28, inclusive)
