The Unified Registry service allows the integration of the AOC Consortium services with the entity's own general registry of entries and exits. With this integration, the entry or exit entry entries generated by the AOC services (e-FACT, e-NOTUM, EACAT, e-TRAM, e-TAULER, portal Transparència, Contractor profile, etc.) are made directly in the general register of the entity, instead of being made in the auxiliary electronic register ofEACAT as had been done until now. Therefore, with this solution, the entity has a single register (the entity's own), instead of having two (its own plus theEACAT).
According to the destination of the settlements that pass through this service, below we show a classification of the entities according to the type of check-in and check-out they use (the Generalitat of Catalonia is not included). The data belong to the whole year 2016.
- We with theEACAT as an electronic record:
• Entities that do not have registration software (registry book, Office Tools, other alternatives)
• Entities that have registration software (from an external provider or developed internally by the entity itself) and have not requested the “Unified Registry” service. For these entities, all entries generated by the AOC Consortium services are created in the registry of theEACATConsequently, they have to look at two records every day: theEACAT and its main record
a. Local World: city councils and county councils
b. Other entities: consortia, foundations, associations, EMDs, etc..
- Registered entity ERES and supplier AOC Consortium
- Registered entity ERES and supplier Girona Provincial Council
- Registered entity ERES and supplier Tarragona Provincial Council
- We have our own register (it is its main register, it is managed by the entity itself and is of the entity) integrated into the Unified Registry service and, therefore, the services of the AOC Consortium register on this entity's own register
- We who serve others (and they are not deputation)
- The Diputación de Lleida also gives registration services to their entities but I have not found any entities that use it exclusively. The analysis prioritizes if you use a record of your own.
