The Unified Registry service allows the integration of AOC Consortium services with the general register of entrances and exits of the entity. With this integration, the entries of entry or exit settlements that the AOC services (e-FACT, e-NOTUM, EACAT, e-TRAM, e-TAULER, Transparency portal, Contractor profile, etc.) generate. they do directly in the general register of the entity, instead of in the auxiliary electronic register of EACAT as it has been done so far. Therefore, with this solution, the entity has only one register (the entity's own), instead of two (the EACAT's own).
According to the destination of the settlements that pass through this service, below we show a classification of the entities according to the type of check-in and check-out they use (the Generalitat of Catalonia is not included). The data belong to the whole year 2016.
- Contact us with EACAT as an electronic registration:
• Entities that do not have registration software (registry book, Office Tools, other alternatives)
• Entities that have registration software (from external providers or developed internally by the entity itself) and have not requested the service of "Unified registration". For these entities, all settlements generated by the services of the AOC Consortium are created in the EACAT register. Consequently, they have to look at two registrations each day: the EACAT register and its main register
a. Local World: city councils and county councils
b. Other entities: consortia, foundations, associations, EMDs, etc..
- We are registered with ERES and AOC Consortium provider
- Register with ERES and supplier Diputació de Girona
- Register with ERES and Tarragona Provincial Council supplier
- We have our own register (it is its main register, it is managed by the entity itself and is of the entity) integrated into the Unified Registry service and, therefore, the services of the AOC Consortium register on this entity's own register
- We who serve others (and they are not deputation)
- The Diputación de Lleida also gives registration services to their entities but I have not found any entities that use it exclusively. The analysis prioritizes if you use a record of your own.
