The AOC organizes the next October 28 the journey "E-SET: five steps to being a" small "but" big "digital government". The service AOC e-SET makes it easier for small and medium-sized organizations to become digital through an internal process of transformation, combining the deployment of a common work and management system, change management (people) and the deployment of e-government solutions .
E-SET is, therefore, a combination of method + people management + technology, the three elements that make it easy to have a real lever for change for digital transformation. In addition, e-SET is a service that helps to comply with the precepts of Law 39/2015 on common administrative procedure of public administrations.
Currently the e-SET is activated in about fifty Catalan municipalities and with this day the AOC wants to bring the service closer to the whole territory.
Objectives of the day
- Introduce the e-SET service, explain it to the local world while making them aware of its need
- Share practical experiences of applying the e-SET service in the territory
- Discuss the most important challenges in terms of digital transformation in local organizations
The conference is intended for elected officials and public employees of local entities and other public entities with up to 60 employees assigned to administrative and technical services, includingeresin the digital transformation of their organizations.
