Sant Just Desvern City Council has been the first public body approved by the AOC Consortium to be able to carry out operations in an integrated way with the Public Procurement Services Platform (PSCP), of the Department of the Vice-Presidency and of Economy and Finance.
The integration between systems provides for the cases of registration of a file, as well as the registration, modification and amendment of its phases of:
- Tender announcement
- Cancellation of the file.
- Award (deserted or not)
- Formalization of the contract (if the award is not void)
It will not be mandatory to report all phases of a file. The procedure may be initiated for the tender or award announcement phases respecting the following order of the different possibilities from the first phase sent:
- tender notice -> cancellation
- tender notice -> vacant award
- tender announcement -> award> formalization
- deserted award
- adjudication> formalization
However, after performing any successful performance, it is marked as'in edition'and it is essential to enter the PSCP web portal to review and approve the action (whether publication of an announcement, award, formalization, or cancellation).
If, despite having to perform the manual action task, you are interested in sending the data in an integrated way, you should know that this is an integration through the Inter-Administrative Collaboration Platform (PCI) of the AOC Consortium, but that the MTOM / XOP mechanism needs to be used for sending files, as it is more optimal in terms of performance. We will put the integration documentation in the next link as we do not yet have it available on the support portal.
