The new version of the Public Procurement Services Platform (v6.8.0) incorporates new features and enhancements to both the management tool and the Procurement Portal. New features and enhancements built into the management tool
- Regulatory adaptations (Phase I)
o New type of innovation purchase, “Association for Innovation”.
o New mandatory indicator in the award phase to specify whether innovation has been purchased. In case of batches, this indicator will be in each of the batches.
o New processing indicator with efficient management measures for files processed with an open procedure type.
o New type of “Project competition” procedure.
o The type of contract “Management of public services” is renamed “Management of public services / Concession of services”.
o The descriptive fields of future alerts are renamed "Future alerts and preliminary market inquiries".
- Improvements in the management of the contracting units of the Contractor Profile
o Users with the role of editor and validator can only create and view the files of the contracting unit they have been assigned.
o Users who have all contracting units assigned can filter by unit in the bidding space search engine.
o Users with the administrator role can see which users and which roles are assigned to each hiring unit.
- Other adaptive
o In the event that in a minor contract it is not necessary to formalize the contract, the file will be allowed to be completed in the award phase. Completing a file implies that the processing of the file is terminated and can be closed under the same conditions as the canceled, void or formalized files. An end date for posting to the profile must be reported.
New functionalities and improvements incorporated in the Contracting Portal
- Contractor profile
The visualization of the link that shows the tenders of the contracting body and related entities is improved.
- Access with personalized profile to portal
Fixed an issue where the advanced search engine did not show results under a custom contractor profile.
