Websites and mobile applications from administrations, hospitals, courts and other public bodies should be easily accessible to all citizens, including the elderly and the disabled.

Administrations must ensure that all users have access to their data and services on the Internet.

The European Parliament has approved a Directive, which when published in the Official Gazette of the EU, will provide for 21 months of transposition into the national legislation of its states.
