On October 19, some improvements and fixes will be implemented in the Seu-e 2.0 Service and Transparència, la majoria de les quals, derivades de les peticions d’usuaris :

  • Improved graphical visualizationof the items:
    • Budget
    • Settlement of the budget
  • Improvements in the personalization of the items:
    • Possibility of customizing the citizen description
    • Ability to hide metadata (ITA indicators, Infoparticipation indicators and Document Classification Box).
  • Correction of citizen description of the items:
    • Documentation conservation calendar and document access regime
    • Assumption
    • Settlements
    • Opinions and proposals of the municipal groups
  • Creating new items:
    • Single Business Window
  • Modification of the name of some items:
    • “Air and noise pollution information”> Split into two items: “Air pollution information” and “Noise pollution information”
    • “Opinions and proposals of the political groups”> “Opinions and proposals of the municipal groups”
    • “Public Employee List (Staff)”> “Public Employee Staff”
  • Removal of items:
    • Processing of economic and financial information with the Audit Office in duplicate
  • Automatic implementation of the items
    • Air information (redirection)
    • Statistical data (redirection)
    • Public Employee Template (open data)
  • Removing Open Data:
    • RLT
  • Implementation of the form of the items
    • Governing body agreements
    • Administrative acts affecting the public domain and public services
    • Relevant administrative and judicial decisions
    • Remuneration of the grant beneficiary managers
    • Meeting budget stability goals
  • Corrections of functionalities:
    • Visualization of ITA and Infoparticipants in two lines in the metadata section
  • Correction of various spelling errorsin titles and texts
  • Disable the tab "My account" (in edit mode)
  • Translation of the fields of the forms and of the open data of the Spanish version of the portal
  • Translation correction several items that were in the Spanish version Catalan
  • Change data model view of the items
    • Elected positions
    • Collaboration agreements
