Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations, is a reform of Law 30/1992, aimed primarily at promoting electronic processing of administrative procedures and overcoming paperwork.

General conditions for notifications:
- Preference for electronic notifications and mandatory when the interested party is obliged to receive them
- General general requirements of any notification (electronic or not): have proof of receipt or access
- Exclusive exclusion of mobile phones and emails as a means of notification, although they must be used as a complementary tool to send notifications of notifications.
- Establishing causes in which you can choose to opt for non-electronic means
- Establishing cases where electronic notification is not allowed
- Authorization to consult the data on the domicile of the interested parties that appear in the databases of the National Statistics Institute
Practice paper notifications:
- Right to parallel notification through the electronic office and the possibility of all other notifications being made by electronic means in order to enhance it.
