Improvements in the treatment of the documentation attached to the eRES service

For the past few weeks we have been receiving comments from the eRES service, related to errors when dealing with documents attached to entry or exit settlements.
A new platform is currently being worked on in order to store and manage this documentation.
From the end of February, all these documents will be saved on the new DESAL platform, much more stable than the current one.
