The use of digital services increases by 11%: balance of the AOC 2023
At post published last June 15th we announced that the Government of the Generalitat had agreed to challenge some articles of Law 39/2015 and Law 40/2015, the so-called new administrative laws.
In the BOE of 1 August the admission for processing by the TC of the corresponding appeals of unconstitutionality presented by the Government of the Generalitat, no. 3628-2016 and 3774-2016 corresponding to the aforementioned laws respectively, has been published.
This challenge does not interfere with the entry into force of the laws, as the suspension is a power that can only be exercised by the President of the Spanish Government in the face of the challenge of regional laws.
