You can now request your idCAT Certificate with the MiDNI mobile application (digital DNI)
As we reported in the post from February 10th , from 1 July this year all certification service providers must stop issuing entity certificates in both software and card.
The AOC Consortium, following this obligation and applying Regulation (EU) 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of July 23, 2014, on electronic identification in the internal market and repealing Directive 1999 / 93 / CE, will remove from its catalog the certificates of entity in card (CEISR) and in software (CEIXSA) the next 30 June.
Applications using these types of certificates are still pondering which alternatives are best. In the face of this indefinition we we recommend that you request a new broadcast of all those entity certificates that expire in 2016 and during 2017. All certificates issued before July 1 will continue to be validated by the applications for their validity (4 years). You can view your certificates and their expirations through the reports section in the Subscriber's folder.
On the other hand, in the case of the procedures related to the Tax Agency, there is the possibility that with the current entity's certificates or in person through its rendering module natural persons may be authorized to carry out formalities on behalf of the entity. That is to say, with the T-CAT carry out procedures that until now were done with the certificate of entity.
