How to file the evidence document of the notification process

The service eNOTUM integrates with the DESA'L document manager, which archive this information. To download the evidence document of the notification process you can:

  • Integrate with eNOTUM and download the evidence generated by eNOTUM once the notification life cycle has ended (we recommend you do it now and not wait until the two years of custody have ended)
  • Integrate with DESAL_DOWNLOAD (you will need the settlement number or file number) and you will download the documentation associated with that file or record.
  • Integrate with the MUX_DOWNLOAD (you will need the registration number) and you will download the documentation associated with that registration number.

Once you have obtained the evidence document from the notification process, you will need to save it to your document manager or wherever you deem it appropriate.
