As reported since July 2015, The Ministry and the General Directorate of Police have applied some changes to your service:
Disappearance of the citizen's residence data as data to be verified or consulted, so we had to modify some parameters from which the searches can be performed.
- In the case of Identity Verification, the optional residence data (type of route, name of the route, country of residence and province of residence) have been removed as parameters to be checked.
- In the case of the Identity Query, an additional contrast data has been added as mandatory to the DNI / NIE or Support number. The contrast data can be “first surname” or “date of birth”.
Users who access the services through EACAT you don't have to do anything.
You’ll find a new service called Identity (no residency data) in your Via Oberta catalog, which works just like the old Identity. In the case of users who access through their own management applications (that is, you are integrated with Via Oberta through web services) we remind you that we have been publishing in this blog the necessary instructions to adapt your systems to these changes. .
From the Ministry we are informed that in Preproduction this change is already applied and in Production it will be from of 3 October 2016 with the entry into force of Law 39/2015
