New extension of the mandatory implementation of e-government
On 16 February 2015, the texts of the aforementioned preliminary drafts were published for public information.
On this page of the competent Ministry you can find the legal texts, the explanatory memoranda, the deadline for submitting amendments.
With this legislation, the Government of Spain proposes a comprehensive reform of the organization and operation of the Public Administrations, both internally and externally. The aim is to eliminate the overlap of existing legal regimes and overcome the regulatory dispersion, thus having a basic, unique and systematic law that regulates the set of internal relations of the AAPP with each other and a single one that also regulates the external relations of AAPPs with citizens and businesses.
You can access the reports prepared for the Government of Spain with the most outstanding novelties of these proposed texts.
Although they are preliminary drafts and many procedures remain for their final approval and subsequent entry into force, care must be taken in the procedure as these two future laws will repeal Law 30/1992, of 26 November, on of the AAPP and of the common administrative procedure and the Law 11/2007, of 22 June, of electronic access of the citizens to the public services.
