We inform you that the Sindicatura has launched a web application applicationsweb.sindicatura.cat and a new procedure "Objections (art. 218.3 TRLRHL)" in the service of “Submission of the CG of the local bodies, contracts and objections”Which allows to send to the Audit Office the information on the agreements and resolutions of the local entities contrary to the objections formulated by the local auditors and the anomalies detected in the matter of income to which article 218.3 of the Royal legislative decree refers 2/2004, of 5 March, approving the Revised Text of the Law regulating local finances (TRLRHL), and on the agreements adopted with omission of the prior inspection procedure.
With the formalization of this procedure, the obligation to submit the information regulated in the Instruction approved by the Plenary of the Court of Auditors on June 30, 2015, by virtue of the agreement signed on November 2, 2015 between both institutions.
You can find out how to do this in the Local Corporations section of the website www.sindicatura.cat, where you have an application that will allow you to generate the files to be sent to the Audit Office.
