Request for mandatory reports for the processing of an environmental license

computer-grassFrom now on, local entities in the Barcelona and Central Catalonia demarcations that process an environmental license under municipal jurisdiction can submit a single request for mandatory reports to the corresponding territorial delegation of the Government, through the platform EACAT.

The territorial delegation will transfer the request for reports to the corresponding bodies of the Generalitat and will send the issued reports.

The new service saves time and money, as with one application the basic project will be attached only once.

The document must be read carefully “Content recommendations of the basic project with environmental study” accessible from the card of the procedures catalog of theEACAT.
