The objective of the Comprehensive Programs is to offer young people registered with the Youth Guarantee a personalized process of accompaniment and support, exploring what their interests are.eresand motivations, guide their educational and future professional paths, execute their own life and professional project, with a flexible training offer adapted to their needs, in order to enter the world of work or return to the educational system.

Within the framework of these Programs, the potential of the young person will be worked with the realization of actions of tutoring, of orientation, of knowledge and of exploration of the labor field, of training and of insertion, adjusted to the needs of each person.

All actions will be aimed at young people being active in the execution of their vital and professional project for their insertion in the labor market and / or for the continuity of training or return to the education system, with a process intense individual and tutored accompaniment.
