Order GRI / 233/2015, of 20 July, was published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat de Catalunya, approving the Protocol of identification and electronic signature in the scope of the Administration of the Generalitat of Catalonia.
The AOC Consortium, as a provider of identification and electronic signature services for all Catalan Public Administrations, has participated in the drafting of the document. The protocol establishes the criteria common to the Administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya with regard to the technical and organizational aspects necessary for the implementation of electronic identification and signature systems for each procedure or service, depending on its degree of security. .
Specifically, it lists the systems available currently for the identification and electronic signature of individuals, legal entities, workers and public entities; establishes their level of security according to what is defined in both the National Security Scheme and the European Regulation for Identification and Services of Trust and gives the criteria for their application for specific actions.
