The "Submission of minutes and agreements of local entities" includes three new procedures

Three new procedures have been enabled within the service "Submission of acts and agreements of local bodies " byEACAT:

Submission of non-fiscal ordinances or regulations
Submission of tax ordinances
Submission of motions

The two thineres sent comply with article 65 of the Regulation of works, activities and services, approved by Decree 179/1995, of 13 June

The submission of motions complies with section 145 of the Legislative Decree 2/2003, of 28 April, approving the revised text of the Municipal Law and Local Regime of Catalonia
