The "Submission of acts and agreements of local bodies" includes three new procedures

Three new procedures have been enabled within the service "Submission of acts and agreements of local bodies " byEACAT:

  • Submission of non-fiscal ordinances or regulations
  • Submission of tax ordinances
  • Submission of motions

The two thineres sent comply with article 65 of the Regulation of works, activities and services, approved by Decree 179/1995, of 13 June

The submission of motions complies with section 145 of the Legislative Decree 2/2003, of 28 April, approving the revised text of the Municipal Law and Local Regime of Catalonia
