New extension of the mandatory implementation of e-government
Through him Royal Decree 668/2015, of 17 July, amending Royal Decree 1671/2009, of 6 November, which partially develops Law 11/2007, of 22 June, on electronic access to citizens to public services, on the one hand, article 15 of RD 1671/2009, relating to the Register of Powers of Attorney, has been modified, extending its scope to any administrative action, regardless of the channel through which it is carried out; and on the other hand, it modifies art. 22, by means of which the certification service providers (PSC) will be able to enter in the electronic certificate, previous request of the administration that requests it, a pseudonym.
In this way, it is enabled to the General State Administration so that it can accept any type of power of attorney to act before the AGE and its affiliated or dependent bodies, and on the other hand, allow the electronic certificate with security guarantees for public employees in the service of the AGE and its affiliated bodies or , when, due to their competence, they use classified information or are working in the field of public security or national defense.
