New extension of the mandatory implementation of e-government
On 15 June 2015, Organic Law 6/2015, of 12 June, amending Organic Law 8/1980, of 22 September, on the financing of the Autonomous Communities and Organic Law 2, was published. / 2012, of 27 April, of Budgetary Stability and Financial Sustainability
It amends, among others, Law 25/2013, of 27 December, on the promotion of electronic invoicing and the creation of the accounting register of invoices in the Public Sector.
In the Sixth Final Provision Articles 4, 6, 9, 12 and Sixth Additional Provision are modified.
