Other companies that are in the process of integrating their electronic invoicing platforms with the service eFACT they are REPSOL, CECA and users of INDRA's B2BConecta platform.
As of January 15, 2015, following the entry into force of the Law 25/2013 on the promotion of electronic invoicing and the creation of the accounting register of invoices in the Public Sector, it is mandatory for suppliers to submit an electronic invoice to all Public Administrations.
The Government Agreement of the Generalitat de Catalunya 151/2014, of 11 November, on the general point of entry of electronic invoices in Catalonia, declared the electronic invoicing service of the AOC Consortium, e.FACT, as a general point of entry of electronic invoices of the entire public sector of the Catalan administrations.
