
A new edition of theCAE report which monitors in Spain the advance of the Autonomous Communities towards electronic administration. CAE 2013 is the tenth edition of a report that has evolved in format and content to adapt to new information needs.

According to the report, almost 90% of the Spanish Autonomous Communities make use of the common module ofelectronic file access and the 79% use the electronic file. However, the percentage of Autonomous Communities that use the electronic invoice does not reach 50%, although it has been increasing in recent years.
The report also shows which Autonomous Communities have one open data portal, to promote the reuse of public sector information and, if available, the number of published data sets.
Catalonia tops the list with a total of 2.856 data published on the portal Gencat open data of the Generalitat of Catalonia, followed by the Basque Country, with 2.311 data published in theOpen Data Euskadi, and the Community of Aragon, with 1.218 data published in theAragon Open Data, according to the CAE 2013 report.
