With such a provocative title, El País I published an article a few days ago about the right to access public information, the result of a research carried out during these months, asking for information from different entities.
This right, which is derived and regulated in the Law of Transparència, approved at the end of 2014, has been active since July 1, 2015, as a concept of passive advertising, for all those who are subject to it.
The article focuses on commenting only on the access requests that have been denied and the reason for this denial, but it does not explain to us whether this fieldwork provided information that could be a good example of good practices in transparènciaMaybe leave that for another article?
